Hi. I'm Lisa.
​I'm a professional, fully qualified solution-focused hypnotherapist. I qualified with the prestigious CPHT School of Hypnotherapy, known as the Gold Standard in hypnotherapy training. I'm currently training for the Advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy which is the highest hypnotherapy qualification available.
I specialise in online hypnotherapy, where my clients experience hypnotherapy in the comfort of their own surroundings, offering the same effective therapy, allowing clients to feel comfortable and relaxed, therefore able to fully engage in the hypnotherapy process.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is highly effective and incorporates psychotherapy and hypnotherapy so that clients can move forward, making positive changes so they can become the best they can be, without focusing on the past or the problem.
I work with clients to help them deal with anxiety, stress, and depression, help to overcome phobias, help to stop smoking or vaping, sleep issues, and help improve sports or professional performance, to name a few.
I put my clients at the heart of the therapy, working with the client and together we work towards the solutions they want to achieve.
We work quickly too, usually 8-12 sessions, simple phobias are usually 4 sessions and smoking cessation is usually a 2 hour session.

I went into these sessions with the hope of helping me achieve a positive attitude, as I have a really stressful life at the minute and I knew I needed to try and maintain a positive balance to cope but I was finding this difficult until I started my sessions with Lisa. I found myself achieving my weekly goals and and we've worked on my sleep pattern which has helped with the positive mental attitude which has helped me to cope with my situation. . I really believe without these sessions with Lisa, I would be struggling to cope.
